Got another 9 things from Camberwell market yesterday, all for $18 :D

Maybe finally buying a DSLR tomorrow! Probably going with the Nikon D90 as it is much cheaper than the Canon and there is also a $200 cashback till the end of March. So, then I will post pics of my new purchases!

Saved a pic of jewelled/studded tights yesterday, and now going through my 'pants/shorts/leggings/tights' folder, I'm discovering that I also saved a couple more a while back. Definitely want some or to diy some for Winter!

The shoes in that last pic almost look like the ones I posted in my last post, apart from the peep-toe.

Speaking of tights, I wore these green/pink old ones of Mum's today and the lady at the blood bank thought I had some kind of disease. May not wear them again... ;)

I want shoes like these. These are from Wittner and are $299, so I want to get some really cheap combat boots from a market/op shop and stud them myself.

These are from my shop, and I can't decide if I want them but I think I do. They're freaking amazing (and high). AND I get a discount. And my feet haven't grown in years so I'll be able to wear them forever. Thoughts?

Fashion news:
My skirt in VET is going well, hopefully will finish it this Wednesday, just need to buy and put in the zips, hem it and finish the waistband (: Liking it so far; will post pics when it's done!
I'm probably making my formal dress, the VET teachers said it shouldn't be too bad, the hardest thing will be making sure the bodice stays up! I just need to buy a pattern and we'll go from there. This is my inspiration, probably going to make the pink/orange bits blue (apparently it'll bring out my eyes ;) ).

Looked at some DSLRs with Dad last Thurs before work. Mainly have to choose between the Nikon D90 and the Canon 550D/50D. Pretty much gonna spend allll my money, but hopefully it'll be worth it. Any comments on these cameras? (:

now who inspires you?

I just recently discovered this photographer - a 17 year old girl from Melbourne, just like me. A published photographer, unlike me. She specialises in fashion photography, and from what I've seen/read, her 18 year old boyfriend is also a photographer, and they do shoots together sometimes. Anyway, their work is really amazing, and seriously inspires me. Her name is Nirrimi Hakanson and his, Matt Caplin.
